FAQ

You can donate clean garments, functional electronics (laptops, phones), storybooks, school supplies, furniture, baby toys, and kitchen utensils. Please ensure items are usable.

To sustain fuel, driver allowances, and logistics, we request a minimal voluntary fee depending on your location and item volume. This ensures NGO funds are not diverted.

Once scheduled, the pickup executive visits within 48-72 hours. You can select a preferred time slot when submitting the request.

Standard collections occur between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM on your selected day. Our representative will call you 1 hour before arrival.

You can drop off items directly at any of our local offices (Mumbai, Pune, Sindhudurg) or book our digital home pickup - the most convenient choice.
