Medical Support

Every day, millions of children struggle to access the basic health services they need to live a full and healthy life. Most parents from economically disadvantaged backgrounds face a dilemma when their limited financial resources need to be spared for their children’s healthcare.

During a medical emergency, we are the first to arrive and the last one to leave. We strive to enable medically challenged and underprivileged children to live healthy and dignified life by making treatment more accessible to them.

Problems Faced By Children

Rhabdoid

Rhabdoid tumours are rare childhood cancers that typically affect infants and young children. It usually starts in the kidneys and frequently spreads early. In most cases, the first step in treating malignant rhabdoid tumours is surgery.

Thalassemia

Kids with thalassemia need frequent blood transfusions to give their body healthy haemoglobin to support their growth and development. When treated carefully, children with mild or moderate thalassemia have a normal quality of life

Hepatoblastoma
Hepatoblastoma is the most common liver cancer of childhood, that affects children during the first three years of life and usually presents as an abdominal mass which causes pain and discomfort. If surgical removal is not possible due to the size of this tumour, liver transplantation can still cure this condition.

What Drives Us

Almost 5.2 million children under the age of 5, die every year because they cannot afford expensive medical treatment. Children from poor families have a higher risk of serious health problems. To this end, we have adopted a holistic approach to embracing, educating, and empowering mothers and children on various health-related matters.

We believe that the best way to invest in the future of our children is to invest in better healthcare. Our mission is to improve the lives of children from marginalised sections of society by making expensive healthcare treatments accessible to them.
Cancer
The most common types of cancer in children are leukemias, blood cancers, or bone marrow cells. Childhood cancer survival rates have reached up to 90% due to specialised medical treatment.
