Women fight shame in flood relief camps!
Imagine how difficult it would be for a woman on her period to get sanitary pads while experiencing severe cramps in a heavily crowded relief camp Lakhs of girls and women in India are caught in floods every year, and with no access to sanitary pads at flood relief shelters, they face great difficulty dealing with their periods. Due to such circumstances, some of them are even forced to bleed on their clothes.
